How many times have you wondered why you did something you know you shouldn't have? But you felt compelled. *** Have you ever looked back on your life and wondered what happened? Why did this happen again? How did I end up here? *** What is it that is secretly really running your life? Is it something from your past? A tragic event? A trauma? A relationship gone bad?
Wouldn't it be nice to have the answers to these and other questions? Then take control and change them for good? To do this, we must first understand how the inner architecture of the mind works. Where does the mind store these nasty little memories, and once there, are they simply locked away never to be remembered again? Not likely. In most cases, they are like teeny tiny little programs running silently with other teeny tiny little programs in the back of our mind. Over and over and over again, deciding which direction you will turn; what answers you will give; and how you will react to every single situation in your life. Whether it's the right decision or the wrong one, the programs decide!
Did you know; that when it comes to your body and your emotions, it can be said that the two simply do not get along? Our bodies simply were not designed to handle these complex emotions. On top of that, no one ever taught us how to handle them or what to do with them. Generally speaking, we have three responses to the stress of modern day life; Stop, Go or ignore! Unfortunately, this magnificent body of ours only has chemical reactions to assist us with the day to day stress of life and normally it gets that wrong too.
Once we can understand what is going on inside of us, both in our mind and in our body, we can start dealing with these annoying hidden programs that continue to confound our daily lives. Perhaps you have phobias, bad habits or recurring illnesses that keep you from enjoying the splendors of life. In most situations, many of these are connected to traumatic and painful memories; usually 90% of the time. Once the cause is identified, we work on eliminating their control over you. This is the part we make easy for you. (more)
